We are looking for a L1/L2 Network Analyst to assist with our day-to-day support. Looking for a 6-month engagement with potential to extend if required.

• Must have experience in the following:
• CradlePoint NetCloud management
• Meraki Switch and Access Points
• 3 years of network administration

• Network - Internet
• Troubleshooting network connectivity
• ISP (Broadband / Fiber)
• Cellular
• Contact ISP to open a ticket to have NOC resolve on back end or schedule a dispatch for troubleshooting and resolution
• Contact Cellular to troubleshoot and resolution of SIM

• ISP Cutover
• Update E3000 with IP information provided by Commandlink
• Validate WAN connection with onsite tech after installation is complete

• Network Switch
• Troubleshoot switch connectivity
• Troubleshoot client connectivity

• Network Access Point
• Troubleshoot AP connectivity
• Troubleshoot client connectivity

• Networking Hardware Replacement Configuration
• E3000 for overnight replacement
• W1855 for overnight replacement
• Meraki Switch overnight replacement
• Meraki AP overnight replacement

• NRO Validation (Smartsheets)
• Validate Staging stage
• Validate Pre-opening stage

• Firmware Updates
