Job Description
Sell tickets to Agganis Arena Walter Brown Arena and Nickerson Field events using Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing software. Provide exceptional guest service perform reporting details assist with staff scheduling and perform general office duties.
Required Skills
Minimum of High School/GED education attention to detail outstanding guest service skills and at least one year of experience. Experience in fast-paced sports and/or entertainment venues and experience with Ticketmaster systems a plus. This position requires night and weekend hours per events schedule.
