What will you do

In this position you will join our Water Utilities team where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that bring ideas to life for our clients across all types of projects. We know the work we do is vital in assisting our worlds economic development and it is the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life.

• Manage and coordinate project resources effectively to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines.
• Oversee business performance metrics and drive continuous improvement to ensure project and organizational success.
• Lead multi-discipline project teams at a Project Director level ensuring alignment across engineering design and delivery functions.
• Direct design management activities focusing on water treatment wastewater treatment plants bulk conveyance systems and pump stations to meet client and regulatory requirements.

What can you bring to the team

Firstly you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

• 15 years of experience in designing water treatment and wastewater treatment plants including bulk conveyance infrastructure and pump stations.
• Strong multidisciplinary engineering expertise with the ability to lead complex projects at a senior level equivalent to Project Director.
• Eligibility and/or registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) in Australia or similar and with relevant engineering bodies such as RPEQ NER or RPEV.
• Strong track record in resource management coordination and design management across engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in digital engineering platforms preferably Autodesk.
• Experience working on international projects is highly regarded.
• Client-facing and stakeholder management skills are an advantage.
