The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Digital Assurance and Transparency team you work to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You collaborate with engagement managers in planning engagements propose customized audit work programs and lead the execution of audit work programs by conducting interviews and assessing internal controls.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with engagement managers to plan audit engagements

- Proposing tailored audit work programs

- Leading the execution of audit tasks by conducting interviews and evaluating internal controls

- Building and nurturing client relationships

- Analyzing intricate business issues from strategy to execution

- Mentoring and guiding junior team members

- Upholding top standards in deliverables

- Developing a thorough understanding of the business context

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Management Information Systems Computer and Information Science Information Technology Economics Business Administration/Management Engineering Statistics

- 4 years of experience

- Certified Public Accountant and/or CISA certification and additional relevant certification/s are an advantage

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Foundational skills in Alteryx and Tableau
