Location: Lawrenceville GA - Corporate Office (Onsite)
Salary Range:$82000 - $103000 annually (plus semi-annual incentive bonus)

About the Role
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll oversee accounting staff streamline processes and play a key part in financial controls and audits. The right candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong supervisory experience and a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Design implement and document accounting workflows and controls; supervise internal controls over financial reporting.
- Reconcile and review assigned general ledger accounts ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare review and approve journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions.
- Support an efficient monthly closing and consolidation process to meet reporting needs.
- Assist with external audits by ensuring proper documentation and control execution.
- Lead train and develop a team of accountants and/or analysts; manage performance evaluations and salary recommendations.
- Provide support for ad hoc requests and cross-functional projects.
- Manage risk within the scope of responsibilities and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (or equivalent education/experience).
- Supervisory experience with proven ability to lead and mentor staff.
- Strong communication analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with general ledger systems (NetSuite or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience in financial services or related industry.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Knowledge of project management operations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a technology-driven multi-project environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
