Job Summary
The incumbent will coordinate the warehouse operations by ensuring efficient data entry and email communications with internal and external customers for import storage cycle-count and export tasks to facilitate the dispatch of warehouse materials goods and products to achieve operational excellence.
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipment
- To prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments
- Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangement
- Assist with all customers/suppliers inquiries via phone and emails
- To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
- Upkeep and file related documentation timely and accurately (E.g. delivery orders shipping documents inventory records etc.)
- Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Counts in accordance with the companys SOP.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization inventory stock movement and general matters for management review.
- Ensure billing data accuracy while perform monthly billing.
- To ensure office areas are well maintained.
- Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis
Requirements
Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work well as part of a team
Ability to plan and organize work
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum GCE O level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline
Prior experience as an Operation / Order fulfillment executive in a warehouse environment
Minimum 2 - 3 years in the logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain is required
Proficient with computer function Microsoft Office email warehouse management system and Offshore PO system
Able to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)
