Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive helps drive hotel revenue by promoting the property and other chain hotels in the region. The role requires sales skills a results-driven approach and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Promote the hotel and chain properties within the assigned territory targeting key clients and commercial accounts
  • Achieve and exceed hotel budget targets and individual KPIs including room nights meeting room revenue ADR and occupancy
  • Develop maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conduct strategic sales visits site inspections and presentations to prospective clients to secure contracts
  • Forecast business volume based on hotel occupancy seasonal trends events and market dynamics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client company and contact information in the PMS (Anais system)
  • Gather and communicate competitor and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates ensuring proposals are documented accurately and aligned with company strategy
  • Provide high-quality after-sales service addressing client feedback and collaborating with internal departments as needed
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members contributing to overall team performance and professional development

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Business or a related field
  • Minimum 45 years of proven hotel sales experience preferably in a similar capacity
  • Strong record of new business acquisition relationship management and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Solid knowledge of industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts
  • Proactive results-oriented and adaptable to changing business needs
  • High level of professionalism integrity and commitment to ethical conduct
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining work authorization documents.
