The Senior Sales Executive helps drive hotel revenue by promoting the property and other chain hotels in the region. The role requires sales skills a results-driven approach and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Promote the hotel and chain properties within the assigned territory targeting key clients and commercial accounts
- Achieve and exceed hotel budget targets and individual KPIs including room nights meeting room revenue ADR and occupancy
- Develop maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities
- Conduct strategic sales visits site inspections and presentations to prospective clients to secure contracts
- Forecast business volume based on hotel occupancy seasonal trends events and market dynamics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client company and contact information in the PMS (Anais system)
- Gather and communicate competitor and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and rates ensuring proposals are documented accurately and aligned with company strategy
- Provide high-quality after-sales service addressing client feedback and collaborating with internal departments as needed
- Mentor and support junior sales team members contributing to overall team performance and professional development
