Position Overview
As a VIP Account Manager youll provide exceptional support to VIP players responding to their needs across all communication channels. Your role will involve resolving inquiries supporting promotions and ensuring a rewarding experience that builds long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players building strong relationships.
Provide support via phone email and text resolving any player concerns.
Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives enhancing the overall player experience and improving retention.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products services and promotional offerings on the platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies with the companys broader goals.
Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ET Wednesday - Sunday
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management Business Development or a similar role.
Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
Expert in player engagement retention and loyalty-building strategies.
Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
