Why This Role
We are looking for a System Developer to join our clients automation team. The team will be responsible for the development management and implementation of process automations following the hospitals established delivery model. This is a hybrid role (upto 80% remote) in Stockholm Sweden.
About the Role:
The goal of this project is to streamline administrative tasks in healthcare using RPA solutions primarily with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. There is also an opportunity to deliver automations to other departments within Region Stockholm.
The consultant team will:
- Collaborate closely with internal automation team.
- Deliver automations from initial needs analysis to ongoing management.
- Contribute to the development of the delivery and management model.
- Capture new automation ideas from the healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with stakeholders primarily within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- RPA Development: This involves creating and building solutions using an established RPA platform with a specific focus on UiPath.
- Technical Solution Architecture: The developer is responsible for designing the technical blueprint for RPA solutions which includes determining access management protocols and acting as a technical lead for projects.
- Implementation & Infrastructure: The role requires experience in the hands-on implementation of RPA systems and managing the technical infrastructure needed to support them.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in development within an established RPA platform.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with technical solution architecture for RPA (including access management technical lead etc.).
- Experience with implementation and technical infrastructure for RPA.
- Proficiency in UiPath.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with automations in the healthcare sector.
Assignment & Employment:
- Location: Stockholm (Hybrid up to 80% remote)
- Engagement Type: 100-200% (1-2 FTE) with an option for 1-2 additional FTEs if needed
- Start Date: September 15 2025
- Duration: Until September 30 2026
- Language: Swedish
