Why This Role
We are looking for a Project Lead to join our clients automation team. The team will be responsible for the development management and implementation of process automations following the hospitals established delivery model. This is a hybrid role (upto 80% remote) in Stockholm Sweden.
About the Role:
The goal of this project is to streamline administrative tasks in healthcare using RPA solutions primarily with UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. There is also an opportunity to deliver automations to other departments within Region Stockholm.
The consultant team will:
- Collaborate closely with internal automation team.
- Deliver automations from initial needs analysis to ongoing management.
- Contribute to the development of the delivery and management model.
- Capture new automation ideas from the healthcare staff.
- Coordinate with stakeholders primarily within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Management: Take full ownership of the project including scope timeline and resource allocation. You will ensure the project progresses efficiently from initial analysis to final implementation and beyond.
- Strategic Planning: You will be responsible for creating and executing an automation roadmap aligning automation initiatives with the hospitals strategic goals to maximize efficiency.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You will lead the change management process ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption in a complex healthcare environment.
- Business Development: Act as a business development expert identifying and validating new opportunities for automation within the organization. You will also coordinate with the internal team to capture new ideas.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and business development.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with automations in the healthcare sector.
- Experience participating in the entire automation chain from needs validation to management.
- Experience with automation in primary medical record systems used in Swedish healthcare (e.g. CGM TakeCare).
Assignment & Employment:
- Location: Stockholm (Hybrid up to 80% remote)
- Engagement Type: 100-200% (1-2 FTE) with an option for 1-2 additional FTEs if needed
- Start Date: September 15 2025
- Duration: Until September 30 2026
- Language: Swedish
