What the job involves
Designing for campaigns activations and on-the-ground fan experiences
Rolling out creative across multiple formats and touchpoints
Bringing authentic rugby understanding into visual work
Supporting the creative team with layout artwork and production-ready files
Collaborating with sponsorship production and strategy teams
Contributing to pitches concept development and creative ideas
Ensuring all design output is consistent accurate and on-brand
Creating assets for OOH digital social event branding and in-stadium materials
What you need to be considered
A strong grasp of rugby the culture teams moments and fan mindset
3 yearsexperience as a Designer or Art Director
Solid design and rollout skills
Experience in BTL activations or experiential environments is advantageous
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Ability to work quickly accurately and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple briefs
