Were now looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team.

Tasks

• Lead the technical vision and roadmap for Marqeas multi-agent AI platform.

• Build and scale cutting-edge agentic models with a focus on adaptability memory and strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with product design and growth teams to translate market needs into innovative solutions.

• Drive strategic product development from concept to execution.

• Shape the companys technical culture processes and future team.

Requirements

• Proven experience with agentic AI architectures and practical deployment.

• Strong strategic mindset in product development.

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

• Open to taking on a co-founder role with equity participation.
