Wecheer is entering its next growth phase and were looking for a founding CTO to build and scale with us. This isnt a job description. We need a technology leader who can bridge hands-on engineering with visionary system design someone who can build fast ship value and lead a team toward product-market excellence.

• Architect for scalability modularity and compliance building a long term growth
• Embed AI into both the product and the way we build accelerating quality and delivery.
• Shape and mentor a high-performance engineering culture grounded in speed ownership and craft.
• Work side by side with the founders as a peer and long-term owner.
