Job Summary
Chicago IL or Houston TX (must sit onsite hybrid)
Airline industry and App Dev experience is a must
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within application development or software delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Agile methodologies and requirements management best practices.
- Proven ability to gather document and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Experience working with development teams QA and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of requirements.
- Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume)
- 5 years experience as a business analyst App Development projects
- Familiarity with SDLC releases sprints and agile processes
- Excellent communication skills experience in large organizations helpful
