Job Description:
A Data Analyst collects processes and performs statistical analyses on large datasets to help organizations make data-driven decisions. They transform raw data into actionable insights by identifying trends patterns and relationships that can guide business strategies and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Cleaning:
Gather data from various sources (databases APIs spreadsheets) and ensure its accuracy completeness and consistency. -
Data Analysis & Interpretation:
Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze datasets identify trends and interpret results to support business decisions. -
Data Visualization:
Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI Tableau or Excel to present findings in an understandable way. -
Database Management:
Work with SQL databases to extract and manage data efficiently. -
Reporting:
Prepare regular business reports and insights for management marketing finance and operations teams. -
Collaboration:
Work with data engineers business analysts and other departments to ensure data-driven solutions align with business goals. -
Predictive Analysis (Optional/Advanced):
Use machine learning or statistical modeling to forecast future trends (if applicable to the organization).
Required Skills:

Proficiency in SQL (for querying databases)

Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI Tableau Google Data Studio)

Knowledge of statistics and data modeling

Experience with Python or R for data analysis

Understanding of data cleaning and ETL processes

Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
