Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience to help us enhance our analytics and reporting capabilities. Our website is already integrated with GA4 your main responsibilities will focus on creating insightful reports setting up event tracking and managing tags to ensure accurate data collection and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom GA4 reports and dashboards (using GA4 Explorations Looker Studio or other BI tools).
- Configure and test GA4 events parameters and conversions based on business goals.
- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) tags triggers and variables.
- Audit existing GA4 setup to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to define KPIs and tracking requirements.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay current with Google Analytics and GTM best practices and updates.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong understanding of web analytics event tracking and user behavior analysis.
- Experience creating Looker Studio (Data Studio) dashboards and automated reports.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking conversion funnels and e-commerce tracking (if applicable).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript HTML or dataLayer is a plus.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
