Were looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representativeto join our team in Hatfield PA. What Youll Do
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve growth targets and profitability goals.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers through on-site visits and responsive service.
- Promote Kencos full range of hydraulic products and services - including hose assemblies pumps cylinders motors fittings power units and repair capabilities.
- Collaborate with our in-house service repair and fabrication teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales quotes proposals and pricing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Monitor and report market trends competitor activity and customer needs.
- Represent Kenco at trade shows customer events and industry gatherings.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of proven success in outside sales preferably within industrial distribution hydraulics or fluid power.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic systems or related industrial products.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated organized and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc.).
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Associate or bachelors degree in business industrial technology or a related field preferred.
