Job Description

About this Position:
Job Title: O365 Integration Specialist (Part-Time) - Some onsite visits required

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the integration of O365 tools such as Teams OneDrive Power BI and Power Automate into the SharePoint site ensuring seamless workflows and data exchange.
    • Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes like document approval task assignments and incident reporting.
    • Ensure the integration of external tools such as GIS ArcGIS WebEOC and Everbridge into SharePoint.
    • Develop custom Power Apps to extend O365 functionality based on client needs.
    • Design and configure O365 alerts and notifications to keep emergency management teams informed in real-time.
    • Implement data synchronization between SharePoint O365 tools and external systems ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Develop secure role-based access policies for O365 integrations to maintain compliance and data privacy.
    • Ensure integrations adhere to security standards.
    • Provide ongoing support for O365 integration issues and enhance integration processes based on feedback.
    • Assist in training staff on the functionality and use of O365 tools integrated into SharePoint.
    • Develop monitoring processes to ensure the continued functionality of integrated systems.
    • Automate key business processes such as incident reporting task assignments and resource management through Power Automate.
    • Develop custom solutions using Power Apps to extend O365 functionality as needed.
    • Ensure that integrations adhere to security best practices and comply with applicable regulations.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for O365 integrations addressing any technical issues that arise.
    • Ensure continuous improvement of the integration components and suggest optimizations.

Technology Stack:

  • Tools & Platforms: O365 SharePoint Power Apps Power Automate MS Teams Microsoft Graph API.
  • Skills: Integration workflow automation O365 tools API integrations security compliance.

Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  • Certifications: Any but mandatory SharePoint and Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • Experience: 4 years in O365 integrations and Power Platform development.
  • Skills: Expertise in Power Automate Power Apps MS Teams and SharePoint integrations.
