Job Description

Position : LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT (L&D) ASSOCIATE

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST
Pay Range : to be discussed based on location and experience
Client recruitment process: possible multiple interviews and an assessment

Client Overview: Talent Search Staffing and Recruiting Workforce Management and HR Administration solutions


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Virtual Training Facilitation
  • Coordinate and lead engaging remote onboarding sessions for new internal hires in the Philippines South Africa Latin America and the US guiding them through the completion of their training.
  • Conduct upskilling and continuous development workshops across global teams and departments.
Technology & LMS Management
  • Administer and optimize companys LMS to track learning paths enrollments and completions.
  • Troubleshoot LMS and virtual platform issues to ensure seamless learning experiences
  • Research and recommend new digital tools to enhance learning delivery and engagement.
Program Coordination & Logistics
  • Schedule organize and communicate remote training programs across different time zones.
  • Prepare and distribute digital learning materials resources and interactive content.
  • Coordinate training sessions and assessments on virtual platforms to ensure smooth operation.
Content & Curriculum Support
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging training content.
  • Update onboarding resources and upskilling programs to keep them relevant.
  • Manage and maintain an internal resource database to ensure every team member has seamless access to company materials and role-specific resources.
  • Create e-learning modules video tutorials and knowledge resources.
Evaluation & Reporting
  • Collect learner feedback and measure the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Generate reports on training participation progress and completion rates.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3 years in Learning & Development HR training or any similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully conducting remote onboarding and employee training programs.
  • Hands-on experience with any LMS platforms (Cornerstone Workday Moodle TalentLMS etc.).
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • For internal applicants years of experience may be substituted with a strong track record in your current role at Somewhere combined with the passion to learn and the drive to make an impact through this opportunity.

SKILLS:
  • Strong proficiency with any remote collaboration tools (Zoom MS Teams Slack Google Workspace).
  • Excellent virtual facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage learners remotely through interactive techniques.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess program success and recommend improvements.
