Job Description
Position: SMT Operator
Location: Gardena CA
Shift:1st
Compensation: $25/hr
Join our dynamic electronics manufacturing team at EMC Company! Were seeking a motivated SMT Operator to help us build high-quality printed circuit board assemblies using advanced equipment and precise processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate SMT equipment including solder paste printers (Ekra E4 & X4) reflow ovens (BTU) and pick-and-place machines (Mydata & Samsung)
Set up feeders trays and stencils for SMT machines
Prepare reflow ovens and solder paste machines for production runs
Ensure accurate and efficient assembly of printed circuit boards
Maintain a clean organized work area and follow safety protocols
Qualifications
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced hands-on environment
Prior experience with SMT equipment preferred but were willing to train the right candidate
We participate in E-Verify.
Must pass drug and background.
