TheConcession Worker position greets guests in a friendly and professional manner. They prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately

This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00 and is tip eligible

EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline

• Greet customers promptly and courteously
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently
• Prepare package and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Operate cash registers handle cash and credit card transactions and provide correct change
• Maintain a clean sanitized and organized concession stand at all times
• Restock products and supplies as needed during and after events
• Follow all food handling sanitation and safety procedures as required by company and health department standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or equipment issues to supervisors
• Assist with the setup and teardown of concession stands before and after events
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Handle customer questions concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Comply with uniform and appearance standards

• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
