Salary: 24600
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to become permanent)
Location: Leicester hybrid - with office days on Tuesday & Thursday each week shifting to Tuesday & Friday during the last week of each month
Standard Hours: 9am 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

As our Portfolio Administration Assistant youll play a key role supporting our top-tier clients by keeping systems up to date documents in order and processes running smoothly.
You dont need experience in the energy sector but you do need proven administration experience strong organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What youll do:
As part of our Tier 1 Client Management Team you will:
Manage client portfolio updates including tenancy changes and new site setups
Prepare tenders across electricity gas water and metering services
Maintain and check internal systems and data sheets for accuracy
Track key dates and tender schedules ensuring nothing is missed
Support Quarterly Business Reviews capturing notes and managing outputs
Coordinate with internal departments to deliver timely client service
Manage Letters of Authority and document trackers
Learn the full energy consultancy lifecycle through comprehensive training
Ensure all outputs meet our Performance Framework and Measures of Success focusing on timeliness accuracy and clear communication
What were looking for:
Proven administration experience (experience organising others is desirable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence engaging with suppliers and clients
Proficiency with MS Excel formulae
Proactive solution-focused and eager to learn
Team player with a calm and adaptable attitude
Degree in data/analytics environment or sustainability (desirable but not essential)
