Establishing standard procedures for drivers to locate delivery points
Updating address data
Creating and managing delivery hints The FQA division continuously strives for innovation to provide the highest quality service to both current and future customers. Our efforts form the foundation for building long-term trust relationships with customers.

Open Position: FQA (Field Quality Assurance) Team Manager
Job Overview
The FQA divisions mission is to provide the best delivery experience for both customers and drivers across Japan. Our department divides Japan into multiple regions with teams of about 10 people responsible for each region. The Team Manager position were currently recruiting for is a crucial role overseeing one of these teams. This position offers an opportunity to directly contribute to improving regional delivery quality and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
Task Management of Team
Implementing initiatives to improve delivery quality
Conducting quality support projects
Improving the quality and productivity of the FQA team

Supporting individual career growth of Team members by supporting promotions improvement plans performance evaluations handling escalations and critical communications.

Work Conditions
Department: AMZL (Amazon Logistics) FQA (Field Quality Assurance) Team
Position: People Manager
Location: Within Tokyo
This position seeks individuals who can contribute to improving Amazons delivery quality by leveraging team leadership and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of People Management experience managing the performance & behavior of Team
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or at least 2 years of experience as a full-time employee (blue badge) at Amazon

Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in any of the following:
Utilizing performance evaluation indicators
Implementing process improvements
Applying lean methodologies

Key job responsibilities
The FQA team mangers roles first responsibility is support manage and develop each FQA member directly by managing each FQAs productivity and quality and develop them in terms of skills enabling them to improve efficiency quality.

Additionally the role acts as subject matter expert for FQA team supporting the FQAs in addressing their regular day to day queries while working in issues/request through sims and build reports for activities of the FQA program with the help of on road data and the actions taken by FQA. The team manager also support with analysis and insight into FQAs/LMDXs current initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of FQA program and on-road quality.
In terms of Metrics FQA Team Manager owns FQA Scorecard for Productivity and Quality and shall work to improve on RDR (Repeat Defect Rate) Scan Compliance Contact Compliance Unattended Defect rate etc to improve on-road metrics that have impact on First Attempt Delivery Success (FADS).
