Job Summary
Expression of Interest Finance Team Leader
The Finance Team are calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from employees interested in a secondment opportunity in the position of the Finance Team Leader. This opportunity will be for approximately 12 months starting Mid-January 2026 to the Mid-January 2027.
Youll drive the vision and leadership of the Finance team ensuring strong team performance and high visibility of financial matters. Oversee key financial operations including processing of procurement transactions payments accounts receivable bank reconciliations vendor data and compliance reporting. This role will suit you if youre someone who thrives on structure enjoys the challenge of meeting deadlines has a knack for tracking down hard-to-find information and brings deep knowledge of Councils financial systems.

This position is in Grade 8 of Councils Salary system - $87711 - $100867 per annum.
