Job Description

PPG Aerospace is hiring a Supply Chain & Inventory Management Analyst to support us onsite in our Dallas office. The Supply Chain & Inventory Management Analyst is a highly visible role that requires frequent interaction with front and back-office functions of the organization. You will be responsible for CMS planning data inventory management and working capital as it relates to inventory levels quotes purchasing and scrap mitigation for the assigned location. You will report to CMS Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages end item forecasts and executes new item setup for CMS programs.
  • Identifies local cost-saving opportunities and collaborates with the sourcing team.
  • Acts as the primary contact for CMS managers ensuring supplier price alignment with customer pricing agreements.
  • Responsible for supply chain reporting forecasting and inventory management in assigned areas.
  • Drives annual working capital improvement through forecast management and inventory optimization.
  • Mitigates scrap and obsolescence meets customer OTIF requirements and communicates accurate forecasts to suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
  • 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain related role
  • Aerospace experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of IT tools such as SAP PowerBI SSP MS Office SharePoint and Intranet is a plus.
