Leasing & Acquisition Support
Location: Remote (LATAM strongly preferred)
Compensation: $1100 $1400 USD/month (task-oriented support role)
Industry: Real Estate Investment
Schedule: Full-Time (US EST alignment client open to considering slightly reduced hours for the right candidate)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Leasing & Acquisition Support professional to assist with outreach leasing proposals and CRM management. This is a task-driven role ideal for someone detail-oriented and consistent who thrives on structure and process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect tenants and property owners collecting accurate contact details.
- Prepare leasing proposals using PowerPoint templates.
- Generate lease documents with Word templates.
- Assist in launching and monitoring mass outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM systems accurately and promptly.
- Support team with time-sensitive requests (LATAM time zone alignment is critical).
Qualifications
- Organized detail-oriented and diligent work ethic.
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and large data sets.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated proactive and dependable.
