Were looking for a Delivery Finance & Analysis Lead to provide reporting forecasting and budgeting services across our project portfolio. Youll work closely with Finance and Enterprise Delivery stakeholders to deliver performance insights support decision-making and drive process improvements. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home and the office on designated days.
What youll do
- Deliver project reporting forecasting and budgeting services.
- Manage month-end processes including accruals and journals.
- Validate and report on project benefits.
- Provide clear insights on expense and FTE performance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand business drivers.
- Identify and lead opportunities for process optimisation.
What youll bring
- Accounting Business or Finance qualifications and CPA/NZICA membership.
- 5 years finance experience in financial services or insurance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with senior leadership exposure.
- High proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint; Power BI experience essential (Oracle/TM1 preferred).
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results.
- Flexibility to attend the office at least 2 days per week.
