WSP CE seeks a visionary and strategic Talent Development Lead to drive both global and regional learning initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in professional services capable of balancing global project leadership with local implementation. The successful candidate will lead a team of Learning and Development Specialists across multiple countries in CE ensuring alignment with WSPs global talent strategy while addressing regional development needs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional strategic operational and implementation skills.

YOUR NEW ROLE WHATS INVOLVED

In this role you will lead the design and execution of global talent development initiatives ensuring they are aligned with regional needs and business priorities. You will collaborate with both global and regional stakeholders to implement strategic learning programs with responsibility for Performance Development and partnership on Succession Planning and Talent Reviews.

A key part of the role is to manage and coach a Learning and Development team across multiple Central European countries fostering a culture of growth collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will conduct training needs analyses create tailored learning solutions for diverse employee populations and oversee the development and delivery of leadership programs using blended learning methods. By leveraging data-driven insights you will evaluate program impact and continuously improve learning effectiveness.

You will also drive innovation in learning content tools and delivery formats champion the adoption of new technologies and work closely with HR and business leaders to embed learning into the organisational culture. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations will be a consistent priority across all initiatives.

WHAT IF IT WAS YOU

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in spoken and written English and hold a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education or a related field. You should bring proven experience in a professional services environment with a demonstrated ability to lead global projects while executing strategies at a local level. A hands-on operational mindset is essential along with experience managing and developing high-performing Learning & Development teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required as is the ability to analyse data and translate insights into learning strategies. Experience in instructional design and training delivery combined with technical proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Cloud is also expected.

Preferred qualifications include a Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology or a related discipline along with experience in change management and process improvement. Familiarity with global L&D trends and emerging learning technologies is highly desirable.

Exposure to HR technologies LMS platforms such as Hive and online learning tools like Cornerstone will be advantageous. The ability to influence senior leaders drive cultural change and design scalable learning solutions across multiple geographies will set the strongest candidates apart.
