We are proud to unveil Boots first-ever luxury fragrance destination in the heart of London a one-of-a-kind concept boutique offering a carefully curated edit of the worlds most exquisite and niche scents. If you are passionate about fragrance can tell your citrus from your ouds and understand that perfume is an art form as much as a product then this could be the role for you.
This is a new and exciting phase of our more than 175-year history where youll blend expert product knowledge with that all-important personal connection to guide customers to their perfect fragrance and scent for every occasion.
What you will be doing
Youll deliver personalised fragrance consultations connecting customers with scents that reflect their mood an occasion or emotion through expert storytelling and sensory engagement.
You will work closely with our brand partners collaborating with luxury fragrance houses and agencies to deliver flawless and exciting in-store events education and brand storytelling.
Youll use your creative side to ensure exceptional visual presentation across all counters and design eye-catching displays that reflect seasonal launches brand narratives and boutique-level luxury.
Whilst you will have targets to meet were about working as a team (not competing against each other for sales!) so you wont be on performance-based commission. Instead we provide up to 1000* annual product allowance for you personally test love and recommend our products.
- You will have access to first-class education with some of the finest perfumers in the world plus a comprehensive learning programme through our online learning platform to keep your knowledge second to none.
- You will support stock management and operational tasks including replenishing displays and assisting with the organization of deliveries.
What youll need to have
A demonstrable passion for niche and luxury perfumery with the ability to interpret fragrance notes histories and brand heritage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined approach to service and relationship building with customers.
Confidence in offering a personalised selling style.
A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets or goals.
You will consistently demonstrate professional presentation and a keen eye for detail in line with the expectations of a luxury environment.
Aged 18 or over and comfortable serving alcohol.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning about new products techniques and services.

These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential so we would welcome applications from candidates that dont match these criteria.
Experience in bespoke or VIP consultation environments whether in fragrance personal shopping or luxury hospitality.
Experience in visual merchandising.

Information about the role
The boutique will be open Monday-Saturday 9am-8pm
- Sunday 12pm-6pm. Flexibility within the opening times is essential for this role.
The working hours are 20 hours per week with 1 weekend day required per week.
