Who says your learning stops after college Definitely not us. Thats why Caterpillar offers recent graduates the chance to explore various areas within our IT Development Program (ITDP). This program gives you the opportunity to advance your technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple business areas.

ITDP participants work on various teams for three years with projects lasting 12-18 months. This setup allows you to diversify your technical skills and build a strong professional network. Here are some of the teams you might join during your time in the program (this list is always evolving):

What you have Skills:

Technical Analysis and Technical Excellence: Knowledge of concepts methodologies and activities in technical analysis; ability to forecast the direction of the technical landscape using technical indicators and take collective of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.

Hardware and Systems Software Infrastructure:Knowledge of computer architecture and systems programming; ability to design build and integrate IT hardware into multi-platforms for the of computer architecture and system software interaction; ability to design and build a fundamental architecture of operating systems database management systems communications protocols compilers and other development tools.

System Testing:Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle.

Technical Writing/Documentation:Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals reports guidelines or documents on standards processes and applications.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelors Degree preferable Computer Engineering Computer Science Management Information Systems Cybersecurity (Graduation date must be any date between December 2023 through December 2025).

- Pre-Advanced English

Top candidates will also have:

- Post Graduation / MBA in a technical-related course.

- Previous internship in Information Technology.

- Ability to manage your own duties including setting priorities.

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
