Job Description
Summary:
The Neuberger Berman East Asia marketing team follows the global branding initiative helping to increase the Groups presence in Japan and Korea as well as supporting local sales activities. The team works closely with the local client coverage team and product teams as well as the global marketing team to support sales activities in Japan and Korea.
We are looking for one new member to join our Tokyo office. This member will focus on retail business and channel i.e. publicly offered mutual fund brochure creation and delivery in digital and printing event management content marketing digital marketing and will be broadly working on content marketing strategy development and promotional activities. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing East Asia you will collaborate with colleagues responsible for media events and digital marketing working within a four-person team to drive business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Prepare marketing and promotional materials; implement sales promotion initiatives
Plan develop and execute digital marketing and content marketing strategies for publicly offered investment trusts and sub-advised funds mainly.
Develop and support new and existing distribution partners; organize seminars and briefings for both institutional investors fund distributors (banks brokerage firms and on-line brokers) independent financial advisors (IFAs)

Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Marketing experience (industry not specified) including experience in promotion planning product/service planning or market research
Work experience at an Asset Management company with focus on public investment funds ()
Business-level PC skills (Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Business-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Practical experience in digital marketing
Experience planning and managing seminars or events
Experience collaborating within a team and strong communication skills
