We are looking for a motivated and proactive Marketing Intern (f/m/d) to join our Retail Business Unit.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment and to work closely with Product Managers the Omnichannel Manager and cross-functional teams.
Please note that this position is part-time (20hrs) and limited until December 31 2026.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Collaborating on various administrative tasks across the BU RX team
Overseeing and updating the CRM system to ensure data accuracy
Supporting the management of digital tools used for marketing and sales activities
Monitoring purchase orders and related processes
Managing compliance tools (contract management approval process)
Contributing to telemarketing projects and follow-ups (e.g. Opt-in extensions with HCPs)
Providing support to Product Managers and the Omnichannel Manager on daily activities and projects
Assisting in the planning organization and execution of events
Acting as a contact point for field force (Sales) requests
Involved in creating adapting and coordinating in organization of marketing materials
Conducting analyses and evaluations of sales campaigns and activities
What youll bring to the role:
Ongoing or recently completed studies in Business Marketing or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented reliable and eager to learn
Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM/digital tool experience is a plus
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently as well as in a team

In accordance with Austrian law we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 34.67310/year (on a full-time basis).
