About the Team :
The marketing team at Paytm is at the forefront of building the brands relationship with the consumer both existing & potential. With the ambition to add value to the brand the team focuses on engaging and driving effective marketing practices across various channels. The lead will be responsible for designing media plans and marketing campaigns for entire regions.
About the role:
We are looking for experienced Marketing Lead to drive our growth and own market share in a specific city. This is a critical role responsible for developing marketing strategy ensuring our brand resonates with the community and delivers results across all online and offline channels. The lead will be responsible for designing media plans and marketing campaigns for entire regions.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for the multiple regions
- Design media plans and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Focus on local language marketing to cater to diverse regional audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
-Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans at Regional Level.
- Own the overall results and ensure market leadership
- Continuously monitor and analyze city-level results
- Optimize strategies to achieve market share goals

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Minimum - 12-15 years of experience in marketing preferably in FMCG or telecom industries
Proven track record of managing regional marketing campaigns across multiple states
Strong expertise in marketing media planning team management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education:
Post-graduate in MBA is preferred.
