SIOP Decision Support & Training Lead

Role Purpose

TheSIOP Decision Support & Training Leadplays a critical role in enablingdata-driven decision-makingwithin the SIOP process. This role is responsible fordecision support analyticsduring monthly S&OP cycles ensuring trade-offs betweendemand supply EBIT and cashare clearly understood and acted upon. Additionally this leader drivestraining and adoption at scalefor new SIOP tools analytics platforms and advanced planning capabilities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Decision Support for S&OP

• Leadanalytical preparation for monthly S&OP meetings providing insights on demand/supply balancing inventory and financial trade-offs.
• Develop and maintaindecision-support dashboardsand scenario models to evaluate options under demand volatility supply constraints and cost/service implications.
• Partner with Finance and Regional SIOP teams toquantify EBIT and cash impactsof planning decisions.

Training & Adoption

• Design and delivertraining programsfor regional and functional teams on new SIOP tools analytics platforms and decision-support methodologies.
• Driveadoption at scaleof advanced analytics capabilities ensuring consistent usage across regions and business units.

Process & Capability Development

• Standardizedecision-support processesand templates for S&OP across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with the SIOP AI Lead and Data Science team tointegrate advanced forecasting and scenario modellinginto decision-support tools.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as atrusted advisorto regional SIOP leaders Finance and Operations teams on trade-off decisions.
• Partner with IT/Digital teams to ensureseamless integrationof decision-support tools into planning systems.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelors in Supply Chain Operations Analytics or related field; Masters preferred.
• Experience:810 years inSIOP/S&OP supply chain analytics or decision-support roles with experience in training and capability building.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency inanalytics and visualization tools(Power BI Tableau).
  • Familiarity withplanning platforms(SAP IBP o9 Kinaxis) and scenario modelling.
• Leadership Skills:Ability to influence and train cross-functional teams globally.
• Communication:Excellent facilitation and executive presentation skills.
• Language:English required; additional languages a plus.
• Travel:1015% globally.
