What you will be doing in this role
Working under the guidance of the Director of Engineering Services this role is responsible for managing and leading a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure projects within the hospital. As the sole Project Manager on the team you will assess project feasibility develop scopes and detailed project plans and coordinate quotes funding approvals and documentation.
Youll take ownership of tracking budget allocations and expenditures ensuring accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial status reports for each project.
Strong stakeholder management is key to this role. Youll engage with business users to understand their needs coordinate internal and external teams manage contractors lead meetings and provide regular updates - ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
