You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) in the Department of Radiology is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee and manage leadership initiative strategic projects for the Department. This position will work closely with the Department Chair CAO and other internal stakeholders to define the scope set objectives create a process manage expectation and develop a detailed project plan. The position will also create and manage an accurate timeline of project completion adjust priorities and communicate obstacles to Departmental Leadership. The Project Manager is expected to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the project plan and use tracked data to identify shortcomings and/or ways to improvement future projects.
The Department of Radiologys mission is to improve human health through innovation in clinical care imaging research and education. The work schedule is flexible and will be determined at the time of hire.
This is a hybrid position. It may require some work to be performed in-person onsite at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely at an offsite non -campus work location.

The starting salary for this position is $87473; but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Minimum offive years of experiencein project management program initiatives or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience inoverseeing and managing project budgets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) required.
Prior experience working in aclinical or academic environmentis essential.
Familiarity with project management software and tools(e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Trello Smartsheet) is preferred.
