As we continue our rapid expansion we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executive (Mandarin) providing outstanding support to our renowned clients in the Customer Service & Support sector with outstanding service and professionalism.
Position
Customer Service Executive (Mandarin/Cantonese Speaker Written & Verbal On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in Mandarin and English.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products services and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Support translation of communication materials (Mandarin/Cantonese English).
- Meet performance targets and adhere to service quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese with good command of English.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Willing to work on-site in Sungai Petani Kedah.
- Able to commit to rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
