Key Responsibilities
- On-site troubleshooting & repairs covering everything from IT infrastructure to end-user devices.
- Preventive maintenance anticipating and resolving issues before they impact operations.
- Hardware upgrades & rollouts implementing improvements to keep systems performing at their best.
- Emergency callouts respond quickly and effectively when downtime isnt an option.
- Documentation & communication maintaining clear accurate records and keeping stakeholders informed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with IT hardware and both active & passive infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting ability with an eye for detail and quality.
- Professional confident communicator with client-facing experience.
- Pride in workmanship from clean cable management to seamless project delivery.
- Valid driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use; alternative transport arranged where needed).
