About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist to join our clients customer service team in the aviation will assist customers across multiple communication channels phone email chat and social media handling inquiries related to travel services bookings and post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls messages and emails from customers in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding flight services bookings and travel assistance.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathy problem-solving and effective communication.

  • Document customer interactions and feedback using internal systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet service quality and performance goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

  • Computer literacy (ECDL or equivalent preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles (airline or travel industry experience is an asset).
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday within the 08:00- 20:00 shift window.

1st Month - 5.60/hr
from Month 2 till end of probation (5months) 8.10/hr
After probation - 8.50/hr (after the 6months of employment)
Salary can increase more to 8.75 subject to performance
KPI Bonus maximun 2K per annum (eligible after probation)
Language Bonus / German - 3K per annum

Relocation is availalbe - Allowance of 2K - eligible after 1month of employment.
