Introduction

The Analyst Program is a full-time opportunity to build a long-term career in investment banking. You will join one of our Corporate and Investment Banking teams and begin developing the skills needed to support clients through capital raising and strategic transactions.

Program Overview

The EMEA Early Careers Programme is your gateway to a 24-month intensive experience in Corporate & Investment Banking or Corporate Real Estate. As a graduate analyst youll build leadership skills gain in-depth business knowledge and develop a comprehensive understanding of Wells Fargos operations. Your first 12 months will be spent in your home team CRE you will then have the possibility to spend time in another aligned banking team to build your experiences across our banking teams and return to your home team.

Your journey begins with a robust training program in the United States where youll join analysts from across the globe. This immersive training covers financial accounting cash flow credit analysis product structuring corporate valuation and financial modelling. Youll return equipped with the skills and insights needed to make an immediate impact.

Banking and Capital Markets (BCM)

The BCM team sits within Wells Fargos Corporate and Investment Bank and is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients. Combining strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilities our team excels in delivering exceptional execution. BCM is organized across coverage and product teams covering Corporate Banking Financial Institutions and Fund Finance as well as Commercial Real Estate that delivers real estate banking services to corporate clients including fund managers large private property companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The CRE EMEA team provides a strategic bridge for the bank to support US clients investing in assets located in the EMEA region and to introduce domestic clients to the wider Wells Fargo franchise.

Product Teams

Provides a full range of execution capabilities and services to clients in the following products:

• Debt Capital Markets and Advisory
• Real Estate Syndicated Finance
• Loan Syndications

As well as our leading commercial real estate lending business:

• Commercial Real Estate (CRE) that delivers real estate banking services to corporate clients including fund managers large private property companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The CRE EMEA team provides a strategic bridge for the bank to support US clients investing in assets located in the EMEA region and to introduce domestic clients to the wider Wells Fargo franchise.

Requirements

Final-year undergraduate (graduating June 2026)
Strong interest in finance demonstrated through experience or extracurricular activities
Academic excellence with a proven track record
Fluent in English

Desired Qualities

Knowledge of another language other than English E.g. French Spanish Italian or other language

Engaging proactive and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of mathematical principles
High personal accountability and urgency in achieving goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
