Nous recherchons un(e) Solution Sales Expert hautement motiv(e) pour diriger les efforts de vente auprs des grandes entreprises pour loffre SAP Business Transformation Management (incluant Signavio LeanIX et en troite collaboration avec WalkMe).Ce poste est ax sur la vente de solutions de pointe en gestion de la transformation des processus mtier et en process mining permettant aux organisations de transformer leurs processus rapidement et grande chelle. Vous serez responsable datteindre et de dpasser les objectifs annuels de chiffre daffaires et de commandes en identifiant dveloppant et fidlisant de nouvelles relations commerciales.
Dvelopper les ventes des solutions logicielles SAP BTM auprs de nouveaux clients ainsi que proposer des services complmentaires.
laborer et excuter un plan commercial de vente et de marketing efficace pour le territoire attribu.
Identifier des opportunits commerciales via la prospection les appels froid le rseautage et les relations avec les partenaires.
Dvelopper des stratgies de vente alignes avec les besoins des prospects et la proposition de valeur de SAP.
Grer lensemble du cycle de vente : qualification analyse des besoins dmonstrations produits ngociations et conclusion des contrats.
Maintenir un volume lev de rendez-vous hebdomadaires (en prsentiel ou en virtuel) avec les prospects.
Collaborer troitement avec les quipes avant-vente et techniques pour garantir des dmonstrations et des engagements clients russis.
Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des solutions SAP du paysage concurrentiel et des tendances du march.
Optimiser la gestion du temps et du territoire afin de maximiser les rsultats commerciaux.
Garantir la satisfaction client et la fidlisation long terme grce une gestion proactive des relations.
Diplme universitaire en commerce technologie ou dans un domaine connexe.
Minimum 15ans dexprience dans la vente aux grandes entreprises idalement dans des solutions SaaS/cloud.
Russite avre dans la vente de solutions de gestion des processus mtier process mining ou applications dentreprise.
Exprience en management de la transformation dentreprise et dans les relations avec les dirigeants (C-level).
Matrise des cycles de vente complexes.
Matrise courante de langlais et du franais obligatoire.
Trs bonne connaissance du march franais des logiciels dentreprise.
Excellente capacit identifier qualifier et conclure de nouvelles opportunits commerciales.
Exprience dmontre dans llaboration et la mise en uvre de stratgies commerciales et marketing.
Exprience dans les canaux de vente directs et via des revendeurs.
Capacit raliser des prvisions de chiffre daffaires prcises et grer efficacement un pipeline.
Comptences solides dans la ngociation de contrats complexes et la gestion des parties prenantes.
Excellentes comptences en communication et en prsentation avec une capacit exprimer clairement la proposition de valeur.
Travailler avec une solution leader du march dans le process mining et la transformation dentreprise.
Avoir un impact sur les initiatives de transformation numrique lchelle des grandes entreprises.
