Service Advisor - Wonder Auto & Tire Centre
Hey there! We are looking for a super friendly and helpful person to join our Service team at Wonder Auto & Tire Centre Moncton location part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi Volvo Cars New Brunswick 5 ReCar locations St Croix Auto Fredericton Kia Miramichi Kia Velocity Autobody & 11 Wonder Auto locations. Wonder Auto Centres are a premier automotive retail repair shop dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Our service shops are known for its customer-focused and value-driven approach.
As aService Advisor you will be a crucial member of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.
What You Will Do:
- Scheduling and Communication: Assist guests in setting convenientappointment times and confirm necessary maintenance or services.
- Guest Follow-Up: Communicate with guests post-visit to confirm weveexceeded their expectations.
- Parts and Accessories: Help guests and business customers with their partsand accessory needs.
- Enhancing Guest Experience: Participate in various activities to continuouslyelevate our service.

No Automotive Experience No Problem! While automotive knowledge is a plus it is notrequired. Were more interested in your passion for service honesty and strong work ethic. Well provide the training you need to excel.
Compensation:
19-23/hour with addition of a monthly bonus incentive plan designed to reward high performing employees.
Full Benefitpackage consisting of dental medical health and life coverage. Currently this position is offered withnoscheduled nights or weekends.
