The SE&TC organization is searching for a Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer with passion for autonomous vehicle system integration and test. The Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer works within the Land and Air Defense Strategic Business Unit that operates through coordination across all other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) among disciplines and is accountable for sub-system and system level test execution throughout the lifecycle of the program.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with rapid prototyping integrating and testing land platform integration autonomous vehicle development and will be comfortable working in a technically challenging and fast-paced environment. They will work collaboratively with leadership and across disciplines to align to program objectives and test plans to maximize test coverage coordinate test events and resources perform hands on integration and testing and brief results to leadership. They will coordinate with test facilities and make critical decisions regarding test strategies venues and scenarios. This will require the Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer to work across the Raytheon business and utilize past experience to leverage technology and resources needed by the program.
This position may require travel (up to 50% travel) to test ranges supplier and customer sites.

Qualifications You Must Have
Requires a Bachelors in a Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline such as Electrical Engineering Systems Engineering Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
