What youll do...
As the Group Director of Product Marketing at Walmart Connect you will lead and inspire a high-performing team setting a clear vision and direction while fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and executional a fast-paced and evolving environment you will drive team alignment maintain morale and empower your organization to navigate change while delivering measurable impact. Your leadership will ensure that Walmart Connect remains at the forefront of the digital advertising industry effectively scaling our product marketing efforts to drive technology adoption customer engagement and revenue growth.In close collaboration with the Product Marketing and other key stakeholders you will develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies that successfully launch new products amplify existing offerings track and measure adoption and overall product success while maximizing market influence. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution will be critical in driving sustained success.
- Lead Inspire and Scale Manage and mentor a large high-performing product marketing team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and executional excellence.
- Set Vision & Direction Establish a clear strategic roadmap for product marketing ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive GTM Strategy & Execution Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns that drive product adoption engagement and retention.
- Champion Product Growth Partner with Product Management to identify prioritize and advocate for new and enhanced product opportunities based on market trends customer insights and performance data.
- Ensure Commercial Success Define and implement monetization strategies including pricing packaging and value positioning to maximize revenue and market share.
- Craft Compelling Solution-based Narratives Work cross-functionally with Product Enterprise & Emerging Marketing and Creative teams to develop messaging and assets that resonate with customers.
- Enable Sales & Customer Success Deliver best-in-class enablement materials including product guides competitive insights case studies and training resources to support adoption and engagement.
- Optimize with Data Leverage automation and analytics to refine messaging targeting and campaign effectiveness ensuring continuous improvement.
- Measure & Optimize Performance Define success metrics and assess the impact of product marketing initiatives aligning efforts with business goals.
- 15 years of experiencein product marketing ideally in AdTech.
- Proven track recordof building leading and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic and operational balance ability to define high-level positioning and execute hands-on launches and GTM plans.
- Expertise in competitive evolving marketswith a focus on driving adoption and revenue growth.
- Outstanding leadership communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and maintain team engagement.
- Data-driven approachwith a strong ability to synthesize insights measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring teamsin a high-performance results-driven environment.

San Bruno California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $208000.00 - $416000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
