An opportunity has arisen within Childrens Services for a Business Support Assistant to join our recently formed Think Family Service (TFS) who deliver intervention and assessments to children and their families. TFS use a relationship-based approach supporting vulnerable children to remain living securely with their families where it is deemed safe to do so.
The role of the Business Support Assistant is to provide an efficient and effective level of administrative support to the team enabling the service to achieve its aims and priorities.
The role consists of a variety of tasks including:
The role requires use of Microsoft 365 packages including accurately recording information on our local authority database Teams Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook systems.
You can expect to join a dynamic and committed team where interventions completed with children and families enable them to develop their own solutions and make positive changes to their lives. The strong culture within the team been created by a permanent and stable workforce.
