Location:Ballerup (HQ) with global coordination
At GN headquarters we are looking for a new colleague who thrives on influencing and shaping our talent agenda. Someone who balances being conceptually strong with hands-on execution.
As Talent Manager you will own and grow GNs entry-level talent pipeline starting with our renowned Graduate Program and expanding into early-career streams such as students internships and masters thesis. You will act as the connector between strategy and execution: leading across functions and regions building talent pools and ensuring our early-career programs are aligned with GNs strategic ambitions.
Our two-year Graduate Program with three rotations including one abroad is an incubator for top talent offering steep learning curves global exposure and cross-functional development. We are now broadening this model by launching adjacent early-career tracks to attract develop and retain the young professionals who will shape GNs future.
Key responsibilities
Own and elevate GNs Graduate Program: manage assessments rotations mentorships and development in line with strategy.
Design and implement new early-career talent streams creating a sustained entry-level pipeline beyond the graduate track.
Act as a sparring partner to business leaders and P&C BPs bringing clarity and steering governance through concise communication and firm stakeholder management.
Depending on the profile you bring other strategic talent projects and processes can also come into play

You are both analytical and hands-on: capable of designing the blueprint for our entry-level pipeline and driving delivery yourself and through others.
Our ideal candidate brings:
A track record in graduate programs talent programs and/or early-career pipelines in a global environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder skills and gravitas. Able to influence across functions and levels.
Ability to execute and manage larger projects as well as drive work through others while holding the strategic helm.
