Job Summary
We are looking for a person that is passionate about advisory within Cyber Defense and Enterprise Security and who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver sustainable impact that truly matters to our clients. You will act as a subject matter expert across client projects providing advisory and leading the implementation of solutions across domains guiding clients through complex security challenges mentoring younger talent and collaborating with other communities within Cyber as well as the broader Technology and Transformation business unit to help shape the enterprise security practice.
In this role you will make an impact by:
- Lead end-to-end client engagements from scoping to implementation.
- Design solutions aligned with Deloittes cyber and resilience frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops train stakeholders and drive change management.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Deloitte client organizations and technology partners.
- Drive business development activities including proposals events and market positioning.
Help build and grow our community of Enterprise Security and all its supporting capabilities professionals across the Nordics
Qualifications :
What you bring to the team:
Education & Experience:
- Relevant masters degree
- 6 years of relevant experience (consulting experience is a plus)
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in one or more core domains: Threat detection & response Penetration testing Security architecture & Zero Trust Cloud & application security Cyber recovery & resilience
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven business development and client relationship skills
- Excellent oral and written communication in English (Danish fluency is a plus)
Other:
- Valid EU work permit
