The opportunity
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Strategy & Business Transformation the Strategy & Business Transformation team we drive both smaller and larger transformation projects where we focus on strategy development and strategy these projects you will apply and further develop a wide range of skills such as structured problem-solving client engagement presentation techniques workshop facilitation and project management. Our team is engaged in projects across many different industries from pharmaceutics automotive and infrastructure to consumer goods.
We excel in helping clients tackle core challenges and adapt for the future. Our collaborative partnerships leverage outside-in perspectives and proven methodologies deeply understanding our clients businesses. We also prioritize personal development and social belonging through various events and activities.
Your key responsibilities
Join the Strategy & Business Transformation team to work across sectors as a trusted advisor helping clients adapt strategies and find sustainable solutions in a constantly changing business world. As transformation architects we specialize in strategic analysis innovation and problem-solving tackling transformative growth challenges. We translate visions into goals and actions ensuring efficient execution and change management for sustainable growth and profitability.
As a Manager or Senior Manager youll lead business transformation projects working with senior client stakeholders to deliver strategic change. Responsibilities include managing project teams overseeing project lifecycles and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Youll co-create solutions with clients facilitate executive workshops and mentor junior colleagues. Your expertise will help clients address challenges identify opportunities and achieve sustainable results.
Skills and attributes for success
As a person you have
- You have 4-8 years of full-time experience from another management consulting firm or in-house strategy department
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling complex problems to find actionable insights
- You have an open and positive mindset. Were looking for people who are driven proactive and ambitious and can work in an agile way
- You have proven project management and stakeholder management skills
- You have strong communication and presentation skills
- You have a learning mindset and eagerness to help our clients achieve their dreams
