Receptionist Responsibilities: Full Time
Financial Coordinator Responsibilities: 3 days a week
What youll be doing every day:
You are an administrative resource for residents and their families and assist with the coordination of internal and external addition you also coordinate the accounts receivable function for the community. You will be responsible for basic accounting cash handling administrative functions record keeping communications with others and other activities as assigned.
Who we are looking for:
You will be able to demonstrate composure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team. At least one year of administrative and/or business management experience knowledge of Medicare and other insurances are strongly preferred. Ideally you will also have administrative and accounting experience working in rehabilitation nursing homes or a hospital setting.

Pay Range: $17.00-$25.00/hr*
*Starting pay may be higher depending on the level of experience
