What you will be doing
This role is part of the Business Support team within Defence working specifically within the Delivery & Execution organisation. The primary purpose of this part of the organisation is to provide a gearbox between the Programmes and Profit & Loss (P&L) parts of the organisation in relation to all aspects of product delivery.
Specifically in the role of Value Stream Integration Manager you will be accountable for helping establish the yearly delivery plan developing and driving the governance around the execution of this plan via a robust Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process and leading significant interventions to improve the outlook both through the lens of the Programme Customers and Supplier activities. This role will directly report to the VP Value Stream Integration UK.
Key to success will be timely escalation/intervention flawless two-way communication and influence across the Division/Group. The role itself will be highly visible cutting across levels with the aim to drive the best possible result for One Rolls-Royce. These levels will include engagement with Supplier and Customer facing organisations providing business support as required.
Responsibilities
Youll be:
Developing and maintaining yearly delivery plans ensuring balance between business demand and supply chain capability.
Driving effective governance through the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process and leading interventions where required.
Building strong relationships with Programmes Procurement and Operations to enable material delivery in line with business requirements.
Acting as the first point of escalation supporting both Customer and Supplier engagements to resolve issues.
Leading and supporting divisional-level reporting to provide clear forward visibility across Supply Chain and P&L organisations.

Youll need to demonstrate:
Proven experience in Supply Chain within a large international business including planning across multi-site/global environments with exposure to manufacturing and lean principles.
Strong organisational planning and problem-solving skills with advanced analytical ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to influence lead and deliver outcomes across multiple organisational levels without direct management accountability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience facilitating change and building relationships across functions.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel with the capability to apply these tools effectively in complex delivery environments.
